Are Cocolychee products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all Cocolychee jewelry is crafted from high-quality, hypoallergenic materials, including 925 sterling silver. Our pieces are safe for sensitive skin and free from nickel, which is a common allergen in many metals.

All Cocolychee jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver. This means each piece contains 92.5% pure silver, providing a blend of durability, beauty, and hypoallergenic properties. Our sterling silver jewelry is designed to be long-lasting and tarnish-resistant with proper care.
In addition to sterling silver, we incorporate carefully selected gemstones depending on the design and purpose of each piece. From calming lapis lazuli to energizing carnelian and grounding onyx, each gemstone is chosen for its natural beauty and unique energy. Our jewelry is thoughtfully crafted to combine both style and positive energy, making each piece a meaningful addition to your collection.
Are your jewelry pieces made with real gold plating?
A: Yes, we use high-quality multi-layered real gold plating on our jewelry pieces. Unlike other gold plating techniques, our multi-layered process ensures a thicker, more durable coating that enhances the longevity and shine of each piece. This advanced plating method gives our jewelry a luxurious look and feel, while maintaining its beauty and resistance to wear over time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times are 1-2 business days, and orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days, regardless of your location worldwide.
30-Day Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for all Fine Jewelry items in new and sellable condition within 30 days of the arrival date. The return package must be postmarked within this 30-day window to be approved by our returns department. This window does not reset after an exchange submission. (Excludes certain items; see below.)
Unworn and Unaltered: The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered. If items are returned in worn condition, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or invoiced with your new exchange order prior to processing.
Original Packaging: The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or accessories.
Exchange Shipping Return Cost: We provide return labels and cover shipping costs for the exchange order back to you.
Parcels returned to the sender address without prior contact with our support team will NOT be approved for a refund. Please note that the sender address and business registration address are NOT the same as our returns facility address.
Refunds & Returns Details
Once we receive your return package, please allow our returns department 2–4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. After processing, it typically takes your bank 3–5 business days to display the funds in your account.

Exchange details
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process your exchange. Once processed, your exchange order will ship the following business day with an estimated 4-7 business day transit time. We will send a new order confirmation at the time of processing.

Missing Package (In Transit):
Item missing or late for over 5 weeks? Contact us for a swift replacement. We prioritize resolving these issues ASAP. Please email us at contact@cocolychee.com
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Cocolychee isn't responsible for lost/stolen packages.
If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, please report to your shipping carrier and possibly file a police report.

Please be aware of the following exclusions to our return policy:
Worn Items: If our quality control team determines that the item has been worn, we cannot process the return. In such cases, we will contact you via email with further instructions.
Personalized Pieces: Customized or cut-to-order items, including initial, name, or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and anklets, are not eligible for return.
On Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or those showing 'compare at' prices on the SALE page are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order via the provided link or by visiting the shipping carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.
How often should I clean my jewelry?
We recommend gently cleaning your jewelry after each wear with a soft, dry cloth to remove any oils or residues. For deeper cleaning, use a silver polish cloth occasionally to maintain the shine and remove tarnish.
When should I avoid wearing my sterling silver jewelry?
You should avoid wearing your sterling silver jewelry in the following situations:
- Swimming or Hot Tubs: Chlorine and saltwater can tarnish and damage sterling silver.
- Excessive Moisture: Avoid wearing your jewelry when it’s raining or during activities that cause excessive sweating, as moisture can lead to tarnishing.
- Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from cleaning products, and hairsprays, as chemicals can corrode or discolor the silver.
- Intense Physical Activities: Avoid wearing silver when engaging in strenuous physical activities or sports to prevent scratches and damage.
- Sleeping: Take off your jewelry before bed to avoid it getting scratched or tangled.
- Heavy Work: If you’re working with tools, gardening, or doing manual labor, it’s best to remove your jewelry to avoid scratches or other damage.
